Step 1

The Red Carpet

Workshop

First, we start with the Red Carpet Workshop.

This means we literally want to roll out the red carpet for your new clients before they come.

In this workshop we take care of your goals, your warm-up strategy and which conversions are important for us and which Google Ads budget we need in order to start. We plan what content you want each of your audience segments to see, and we decide what we want to measure. The easiest way to do all this is as a workshop via zoom or Teams.

 

The result of this two-hour workshop is a crystal-clear strategy that we want to pursue together – and that’s what can ultimately make the difference between a Roas of 5 and a RoAS of 10.
Typically, you’ll take away a lot of valuable insights from this workshop for optimizing your landing pages, content, and funnel, which you can implement right afterward before we move on to step 2.

 

The more input you and your team bring to the workshop, the more efficient the workshop will be. That’s why you will always receive onboarding documents from me in advance with some questions, so that no important information is missing.

The Set Up

of your Campaigns

After the workshop, my team and I will start setting up the tracking, setting up your campaign, and setting up the reporting dashboards – but of course you will see all the campaign designs before they go live and you can and should give us feedback on them.

 

At the end of this phase, all campaigns, ad groups and ads are finished and ready to go live – and you will have a well-functioning tracking that we set up with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads Conversion Tracking.

(Yes, we’ll also adjust your Google Analytics setup if necessary, because if we have these insights later on during optimization, we can boost your RoAs a bit more).

The Launch &

Optimization Phase

Now it gets exciting, because in the 3rd phase we start your campaigns, optimize them regularly and scale your results over time through the learnings we gain.

In a nutshell, you don’t need to log in to Google Ads once during this whole process (of course, you can still do that at any time if you want because your account will always stay yours), we just need feedback or sometimes a decision from you at some points to further optimize your campaigns towards your goals.

When is the right time to start with Google Ads?

I recommend you advertise an irresistible, proven offer that is already selling well through organic and other channels. This way we can better analyze and optimize your campaign.

When will I see results?

Google Ads is like good wine: it gets better with time.
The first results can come quickly, but your RoAS will only increase through learnings over time.
That’s why I recommend that you always set up Google Ads campaigns for the long term and not just run them for a few days but rather 3 months and longer.

What is your time zone?

I’m located in Cologne in Germany, and my timezone is CEST (or CET winter).

Converted to Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) this means PDT +9 (or BST +1) = CEST.
